Nonprofit organizations need financial support and technology services to help further causes and enrich the lives of those they serve.

Realizing a need was not being met, Mike Mann partnered in 2006 with other Internet entrepreneurs and philanthropists to form Make Change! Trust. The goal was to provide grants and technology services to nonprofit organizations that help fight disease, improve education, battle homelessness and support other humanitarian causes. Make Change! Trust is dedicated to helping nonprofits that are appropriately leveraging technology, studying and sharing best practices, and growing online and offline communities. Make Change! Trust has millions of dollars in committed capital ready to be granted. After applying for funding at MakeChangeTrust.org, nonprofits find out almost immediately whether they qualify. Grants are awarded twice each year in January and July.

Make Change! Trust has granted millions of dollars to a wide array of nonprofit organizations. Groups that have received funding include: Doctors Without Borders, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Save the Children.
